Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on ACEQ. What if I can't find the course completion certificates, URCEC forms, or other documentation of course completion for the courses I listed? A. Your certification will not be renewed and your certification will expire. You then will lack legal authority to appraise real property. Q. What happens if I misrepresent my claimed ACE? A. "Knowingly or intentionally furnishing false or misleading information is grounds for disciplinary action up to and including revocation of certification. Q. How soon can I expect to receive my certificate after I've submitted my ACE course completion documents? A. After all the required materials and information are received and reviewed, and if the ACE is acceptable, the certificate should be mailed within five working days. Q. Am I automatically renewed if I use the TexasOnline process? A. No. Q. When is my certification actually renewed? A. Your renewal will become effective when it has been "issued by the Board," i.e., "entered into the board's database and a certificate, license, authorization, approval, or registration number has been assigned.
