All certified and licensed real estate appraisers, and appraiser trainees, must comply and perform
their appraisals in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP)
promulgated by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation, Washington, DC, and adopted by the TALCB.
