Peer Investigative Committee (PIC) applications are now available.
TALCB invites experienced appraisers who are certified USPAP instructors to apply. Consult the
 PIC information memo detailing this initiative and PIC application guide for more information. A signed PIC application form and PIC service agreement should be returned to TALCB for consideration.
