Education Information for Renewing an Authorization/License/Certification
Certified General, Certified Residential, State Licensed, and Appraiser Trainee real estate appraisers are required to complete a total of:
28 hours of ACE, which must include
7 hours of approved USPAP for each two-year renewal. Courses must be completed during the two-year period of the license or certification being renewed. Courses do not carry forward to future renewals.
